Research Interests:
I am an active researcher in the areas of Education Technology, Ambient Intelligence, Semantic Web, Social Networks and Web of Things. The common factor between these areas is human-centric computing, which involves sensing our surrounding environment and building ambient spaces to support human development. Ambient spaces are environments where people and physical things interact and socialize seamlessly to meet the future challenges of ubiquitous, human-centric intelligent societies. In doing so, I envision a world where knowledge is continually harnessed to drive new value and support sustainable growth.
Teaching Interests:
Operating System Fundamentals, Information Systems Fundamentals, Systems Analysis and Design, Principles of IT, Algorithms and Problem Solving, Object Oriented Programming, E-Commerce Principles, Enterprise Information Systems, Internet Computing
